Correspondence with the State Tax Service

To send letters (requests, appeals, etc.) in the electronic to the controlling body, the payer can use "Correspondence with the State Tax Service" menu in private part of the Electronic cabinet (cabinet.tax.gov.ua).  

Composing a letter (request, appeal, etc.), choose:

region in which the controlling body is located,

controlling body,

document type,

subject of appeal,

fill in the summary of letter,

download the letter (file in the pdf format up to 5 MB),

save, sign and send formed letter.

Information on receiving and registering letters in the controlling body is contained in the "Incoming documents" mode of the "Incoming/Outgoing Documents" menu, information on sent letters is in the "Outgoing documents" mode of the "Incoming/Outgoing Documents" menu.

For submission of tax reporting documents, financial reporting, tax and excise invoices, adjustment calculations, applications, service requests by the electronic communication means, the "Reporting" section is provided.
