During a period of validity of Paragraph 2 of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 392 as of 20.05.2020 "On the introduction of quarantine in order to prevent spread of the acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus on the territory of Ukraine and mitigation stages of the anti-epidemic measures" (with changes), the State Tax Service appeals to reduce receipt of paper documents and use electronic communication means. With a help of the "Correspondence with the STS" menu of the private part of the Electronic Cabinet, taxpayers have opportunity to send a letter (request, appeal, etc.) to the relevant STS’s body, specifying the DPI code (For example: 99 - Ukraine; 0 - State Tax Service of Ukraine) in the pdf format (limit 2 MB). Log in to the Electronic cabinet is carried out at the address: http://cabinet.tax.gov.ua, as well as through official web portal of the STS. Notification on registration in the electronic document flow system (registration index the document and registration date) will be provided within a working day after sending the correspondence (letter, request, complaint, etc.).
